I did not receive the invitation to the Resident Center, how I get one?

We might not have your email on file, send a note to the support email and our team will update your information.

What's the difference between the Resident Center mobile app and web application?

Both provide the same core functionality. The mobile app offers push notifications and easier access on your phone, while the web version works on any device with a browser.

Where I can find my lease account number?

Your lease account number can be found on your lease agreement, welcome packet, or by contacting our support team at support@zealproperty.com.

Where I can see the extra payments I made?

All payment history, including extra payments, can be viewed in your Resident Center account under the "Payment History" section.
